showing the ownership rights

Dastavej

Kabja rasid and share certificate
or,
Satkhat
or ,
Property card
or ,
7/12 and 6 no
(gam patrak- pani patrak).
2. Any other concerned document
such as,
House Tax receipts
(preferable)
Light or telephone bill
(preferable)
Adhar card
(preferable)
3. Sanctioned Building Plan
(From Municipal or Panchayat
ie. any concern authority)
(preferable)
3) The Owner or his Rep is required to identify the property as per details given in papers and by form. By submition of above he/she confines him/herself about the details given is right and correct by law.

5) Share photographs of the property on the whatsapp no or inquiry form.
6) Furnish details of tentative transection that have taken place in nearby area with proper contact no in the form.
7) Complete payment formalities.
8) The valuation is then printed on the prescribed Performa and copy duly signed and stamped are furnished to the Client by courier and soft copy is sent by email or whatsapp.
